Yesterday, friends, tea, waffles and photography happened.
Met up with Pat to pick up his Rolleicord VA (sold to Kelvin) and his slightly-used Horizon Kompakt (for myself). We met up at Tea Story, which, if I am not mistaken, is the sister of Kawaii Crepe.
It was my first time at Tea Story and definitely enjoyed the place.
As soon as Pat and I arrived, we wrecked havoc. I mean, we took our cameras out. And when I say “we took our cameras out” I mean, we literally took our cameras out. Pat brought his Rolleicord, Kompakt, Olympus Pen FT and Ricoh GR II. I got my Vivitar IC100 Panorama, Fuji Instax Mini 7s and Pentax Espio 120 Mi.
Just to let you know it got crazier when Tatsuya arrived: Nikon D80, Olympus Pen E-PL2 and Ricoh GR III.
Ah, the Ricoh GR Boys.
I handed these boys some items from my recent holidays. Appropriately, I got them films. Of course.
We chatted for a bit until it was time to go home. We brought Pat home and Tatsuya had dinner with my family.
It was a good weekend.
awwwwwwwwwwwwww yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!! film never dies!
Tea Story is the best! And the table of cameras looks hilarious!!! 🙂
Yup, crazy bunch we are. 🙂
