Food meets design meets architecture. All these three elements and more have once more combined to have another season of Table for 1201, organized by Storefront MB, deer + almond, Diversity Food Services, and RAW Gallery of Architecture and Design.
S and I donned in white outfits (yes, it was a Winnipeg Whiteout event) went to the Manitoba Legislation Building grounds to show support to the city’s urban design (and designers) while having a great time over wine and meal. We were assigned to Table 21 where the table’s team captain Caleb, and his co-captain Eric had a minimalist design for the table – a wine dispenser constructed on wood that was shaped to the topography of The Red River.
I think we had too much of a great time checking out all the table designs (which were impressive), meeting new people, chatting over food that I had bit too much of a drink. But it was a fun night, and the photos are just crazy (my Fujifilm instax was also a hit, because it was). Enjoy.
Lovely re-cap. I love those stool that one table made and well pretty much everything else about this! I do not comment enough on your blog posts but I really do love your photography skills!
Thanks Daphne! Although when I think about it, if I was tipsy that night and found myself sitting on a still I am pretty sure I will fall flat on my face LOL. Thanks for visiting and for your kind words! 😉
