FEBRUARY 19, 2011 – What was in my bag last Saturday.

I was so busy and cold last Saturday that I ended up getting a migraine. Was unable to go to my last appointment for the day. I think as soon as I got home, I ate, took a shower, took my meds and slept soundly. I forgot that I was supposed to talk to K because my head was pounding like crazy.

I feel better now as I am writing this (on a Monday–back log, as usual).
