Father’s Day Kitchen Onslaught. Exhibit A: the supposedly Red Velvet that turned into Pink Velvet cupcakes.

Exhibit B: Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies. I modified the recipe that my sister used in her Grade 9 Foods and Nutrition class and added Oatmeal in it. 🙂

The verdict? We’ll do it next time. My boyfriend mentioned that his sister loves chocolate chip cookies so I might send her some when I make more batches.
